The system is made up of three primary modules:

  • Back Office Administration provides access to a range of administrative functions including all setup tables, rates, insurance and other management functions. It also includes vehicle and fleet master record tables, foreign currency/rates tables, commission agents, accounting interface (with customers/suppliers) and service providers, which includes the handling and recording of road traffic violations and chauffeur/limousine/driver history.
  • Front Office provides front counter rental staff with the tools to manage their job including reservation bookings, quotations, creating and maintaining rental contracts, long term leasing records and management reports. This module also provides financial management functions including the receipt of payments and the daily banking activities.
  • The Accounting module includes all the standard accounting functions such as accounts receivable/debtors ledger, accounts payable/creditors ledger, general/nominal ledger, cash book, journal transactions, inventory ledger and stock control including multi-warehouse handling, as well as extensive financial reporting.
